Executive Profile: Paul Dillahay, President, CEO at NCI

Paul Dillahay is the president and chief executive officer of NCI, a Reston, Virginia-based provider of enterprise solutions and services. Since taking on the role in October 2016, Dillahay has been leading the company’s operations and the development and execution of growth strategies, including strategic transactions and investor relations. 

The 2020 Wash100 winner has financial, operational and consulting experience and has immersed himself in both commercial capital markets and federal contracting, according to his LinkedIn profile.

He has also demonstrated his expertise in delivering sustainable top-line growth, operational excellence and process improvement. 

Dillahay joined NCI after a 10-month tenure at CACI International, where he served as executive vice president of health and litigation solutions and EVP of corporate development.

Previously, the executive also worked as chief strategy officer for Anthem-Federal Government Solutions and managing director of Dillagent Management Group. 

He also served as president and CEO at ARSC Federal, where he was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of ASRC Federal subsidiaries and shared services center. Before his promotion to president and CEO, he was the company’s chief operating officer.

Additionally, he worked for companies such as Lockheed Martin, USIS and Azzardare Management Group.

He completed his bachelor’s degree in management science from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania.
