Excella Secures Multiple Deals Extending Support Delivery to Office of Personnel Management

Excella has secured several 12-month agreements worth over $13 million to continue supporting the Office of Personnel Management.

Excella, in partnership with the National Technical Information Service, will help the agency mature its data visualization, infrastructure, skills, standards and stewardship programs by working with the Data Governance Board and the Human Capital Data Management and Modernization Directorate. The company will also support the launch of expanded offerings for the USA Suite of systems. Finally, Excella and NTIS will provide business analysis, user experience design, program and change management and subject matter expertise for the USAJOBS program.

Work will be done through a joint venture partnership with NTIS, Excella said.

The company has been delivering IT support services across the U.S. government over recent months.

In June, the company secured a task order under the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Data Support Services blanket purchase agreement to modernize data analytics products and enhance FERC’s cloud analytics platform. Work under the contract would help the agency use internal and external data assets in regulating energy markets and promoting the development of a safe and reliable energy infrastructure.

In May 2022, the Department of Defense’s Joint Artificial Intelligence Center awarded Excella the five-year, $241 million Data Readiness for AI Development Services basic ordering agreement. The DRAID Services BOA allowed Excella to provide various services supporting AI capabilities development.
