Dr. Imes Chiu is the Supply Chain Management and Sustainability Program Manager at Defense Logistics Agency Enterprise Service Activity (J68). Dr.
Chiu specializes in technology capability development harmonizing processes, people, technologies, and defense mission sets from the tactical to the strategic level. She has a long and diverse record of research projects to meet Warfighter needs. Prior to entering the Department of Defense, she worked in the commercial industry as a project manager in the manufacturing sector and taught in academia. She earned a master’s and a Doctor of Philosophy degree from Cornell University
