Randy Fields leads Cubic Digital Intelligence as the Vice President, CTO and acting General Manager. He oversees the PIXIA, C2ISR, MotionDSP, and Intific product lines and creation of new products to fulfill emerging mission needs.

Randy has over 18 years of civilian experience supporting DoD and IC communities and served over nine years in the US Navy between active and reserve assignments. His background includes performing research for the USAF Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (TENCAP) office, supporting Joint Urgent Operational Needs (JUON), and supporting global data dissemination systems to ensure warfighters have the data they need when they need it.

He has a master’s degree from Johns Hopkins in Technical Management and leads his teams with the rallying motto: “We take ideas from the whiteboard to the warfighter!”
