Vinoth Jagannathan is the Chief User Experience Architect for the Platforms and Infrastructure Division at the Office of Chief Digital and AI Office (OCDAO). In his role he is leading the efforts to conduct user research, establish visual identity, and deliver engaging UI designs that provide decision advantage to the war fighter. Previously he was the Chief UX Architect of the Joint Artificial Intelligence Center (JAIC) of the DoD. Mr. Jagannathan has over 20 years of experience in the UX field, working in corporate and startup companies prior to joining the Department of Defense in 2019. Prior to joining the federal service, Mr. Jagannathan worked as the UX Lead for Dell-RSA's cyber security products, and as the Enterprise UX Architect for the Health Information Systems business of 3M. Mr. Jagannathan started his career in the HCI field, as a UX Designer at Oracle USA, after completing his Masters degree from Virginia Tech. He is focused on solving complex user problems thru a Design Thinking approach.
